T18 · Residential build & remodel

A builder's homepage that shows the job advancing.

Drag one elevation from timber frame to finished room. Below it, a live site log with phase badges — framing this week, cladding next. Proof, not a portfolio.

The whole page

Four sections, 3,400px end to end. Nothing in it is decoration — each section answers a question a homeowner asks before they sign.

Why it works for contractors

Most builder sites look like a gallery of finished houses. This one shows the work in progress — which is what an owner actually needs before handing over a deposit.

Transformation, in one gesture

The hero compares the same elevation, before and after. Visitors drag it. No stock montage, no carousel.

“Is this crew working now?”

An on-site card with a phase badge and a signed-off line. It dates the business without a blog.

Scope, then the ask

Three lanes — new build, whole-home remodel, add-on — landing in one estimate form with licence badges above it.

What's inside

Four sections, all editable from one JSON file.

01 · Hero

Progress compare

Before/after slider with pointer + keyboard support, reduced-motion fallback to the finished frame.

02 · Live job

Site yard

Active jobsite card: phase label, suburb, scope, and this week's sign-off line.

03 · Scope

Scope board

Three service lanes with photography and an optional “design-build partner” tag.

04 · Convert

Trust & estimate

Licence, warranty and liability badges, then a short brief form — mobile number, not a résumé.

FAQ

Do I need to know Next.js?
No. Content lives in one JSON file. If you can edit text between quotes, you can ship this page.
Can I use it for a real contractor client?
Yes — that's the license. Replace copy, photos and logo, then deploy under their domain.
Are the photos included?
No. The pack ships generated placeholders so it runs legally out of the box; the demo photos are Unsplash and are not redistributable.
What about the other 17 templates?
They live in the full pack. This page sells the single version, so you can test one industry first.
